summer Adam routines

Want to keep your chops up during the summer break while working your summer job, or looking to add some strength, efficiency, and crazy chops before heading to school?  Come join us for an Adam routine open-house, usually on stage at Kleinhans Music Hall — though we might do a few down by the lake on nice days.  This is primarily for college students, advanced high school players, and local amateurs and pros who want to get in great shape chop-wise.  The Adam routine is essentially a conditioning and efficiency routine that requires you to play at a full dynamic, all over the horn: mostly long tones and slurs.  It takes about 1.5 hours and you feel like a BEAST when it’s done.  Shoot me an email if you’d like to participate.  The schedule changes every week, so even if you have a summer job, you can probably attend a few sessions.
